Job summary

3M Global Service Center Philippines is seeking an entry-level professional for end-to-end order management. You will use SAP and Salesforce to handle customer orders, maintain data accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role focuses on learning processes under supervision, with exposure to APAC and global customer service standards, and requires strong English and Mandarin language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, or related field.
• 1 year or more experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related operations preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end order management using SAP, Salesforce, and customer portals.
• Maintain customer master data and part numbers.
• Investigate missed OTIF and resolve simple to moderately complex issues.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers about order issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth order flow and resolve queries.
• Create simple reports or analytics and participate in process improvements.
