Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking a proactive customer service professional to manage SAP orders, Salesforce cases, and inquiries across multiple markets.

You will ensure accurate order entry, monitor fulfillment, and resolve conflicts while coordinating with pricing and supply chain teams to meet customer needs. The role emphasizes process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining clear, timely communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Experience in a BPO or shared services environment serving Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa, Latin America or North America markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage queues and cases from Salesforce.com.
• Enter orders into SAP accurately.
• Ensure order fulfillment and monitor shipment status.
• Resolve order conflicts and address pricing/terms issues.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with pricing, supply chain and master data teams as needed.
• Serve as back-up for specialized accounts/tasks.
• Drive process improvements and maintain work instructions.
