Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. in Manila seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative specializing in Order Management to handle customer orders and inquiries via Salesforce and SAP.

You will ensure accurate order entry, monitor shipments, resolve conflicts, and collaborate across pricing, supply chain, and master data to provide optimal customer solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience in customer service or order management,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
4–7 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain roles.
Experience in Order Management or Supply Chain Management is required.
Experience in a BPO or shared services environment across multiple markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage queues and cases (customer orders and inquiries) from Salesforce.com.
Answer customer inquiries completely and accurately.
Enter orders manually into SAP and ensure electronic orders flow into the system.
Resolve order conflicts and monitor orders through shipment.
Ensure order fulfillment and document requests.
Handle simple and complex claims and collaborate with Accounts Receivable.
Provide product information, recommendations, and alternatives to meet customer needs.
Coordinate with pricing, supply chain, and master data to resolve inquiries.
