Job summary

3M is seeking an entry-level Customer Service / Account Management professional in Manila. You will handle standard inquiries, manage customer orders end-to-end using SAP and Salesforce, and maintain master data with attention to accuracy.

You will work under supervision, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to KPI and SLA achievement while developing foundational skills in logistics, operations, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or supply chain.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs end-to-end order management using SAP, Salesforce, and customer portals.
• Maintains customer master data and part numbers.
• Investigates missed OTIF and resolves simple to moderately complex issues.
• Communicates with internal teams and customers regarding order issues.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure order flow and resolve queries.
• Creates simple reports or analytics.
• Participates in continuous improvement and Lean projects.
• Performs administrative tasks as needed.
