Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to handle end-to-end order processing and customer service for Asia customers. You will manage POs, check forecasts, and coordinate with distributors, sales reps, and project managers to resolve issues.

Expect collaboration with Planning and Logistics for shipments and thorough tracking of deliveries to sites. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or order processing, with excellent English and strong

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Customer Service, order processing or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone or email; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Vet and process customer purchase orders.
• Check orders against inventory and forecast.
• Coordinate with distributors, sales reps and project managers to resolve PO issues.
• Collaborate with Planning and Logistics for shipments.
• Communicate order status and track equipment delivery to sites.
• Maintain order status/tracking log; adhere to guidelines.
