Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Associate (Order Management) to join our team and help our global clients turn orders into long-term partnerships. You will own the end-to-end order process, guide customers through the platform, and ensure a smooth handoff to account management as needed.

You’ll manage a mix of inbound leads and proactive outreach, conduct live demos, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on timelines.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or order management.
Comfort with both physical and digital products and timelines.
Confident English communicator able to lead calls and video meetings with US-based customers.
Natural relationship-builder with inbound conversations and proactive outreach.
Ability to quickly learn new platforms and technology; self-starter mindset.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; basic CRM system experience.

Responsibilities

Become the go-to expert on our ordering platform for customers.
Guide customers through live demos, ordering, and on-the-spot troubleshooting.
Manage your pipeline of inbound leads plus proactive outreach, including cold calls.
Own new orders from placement to delivery and handle follow-ups as needed.
Run discovery conversations to uncover customer needs.
Hand off high-potential accounts to Account Management as they grow.
Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce and Gong with timely follow-ups.
