Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales operations, order management, supply chain, or branded merchandising.
• 2+ years in customer service management or client-facing roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments such as retail, logistics, or workflow management.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders; generate purchase orders in Oracle EBS; oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and invoicing.
• Provide proactive order status updates to Account Managers, Client Service Coordinators, and clients; address questions promptly.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Quality Control, and Client Services to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports (SSRM, C&R, BE forms) and meet performance metrics.
