Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Associate to join our team, helping brands turn swag into memorable impressions. You’ll be the friendly face customers rely on as they place their first orders and set up long-term, high-value accounts.

You'll build pipelines, run live demos, guide buyers, and hand off top accounts to Account Management as they grow, staying proactive across calls, email, and CRM work.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of sales, BD, CS, or order management experience.
• Comfort with both physical and digital products and timelines.
• Strong English communication for US-based customers.
• Relational and proactive in inbound/outbound sales.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert on the ordering platform for customers.
• Guide live demos, assist with ordering, troubleshoot on the spot.
• Manage a pipeline of inbound leads and proactive outreach.
• Own orders from placement to delivery and post-sale support.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs.
• Handover high-potential accounts to Account Management.
• Maintain pipeline in Salesforce and Gong with timely follow-ups.
