Job summary

3M GLOBAL SERVICE CENTER PHILIPPINES is seeking a Customer Service / Order Management professional to oversee the complete order lifecycle from entry to delivery. You will interface with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum two years in customer service or sales.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Continuous improvement and quick learning mindset.
• Attention to detail for orders, documentation, and product information.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for customer-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between 3M and customers; oversee the order process from entry to delivery.
• Handle order entry, status updates, product inquiries, pricing, shipping, and inventory issues.
• Communicate with customers and internal 3M personnel via phone, chat, and email.
• Manage worklists, raise ITTickets for order issues, and resolve data problems.
• Educate customers on processes and price changes; handle complex inquiries.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving issue patterns.
• Provide proactive support for Premium and Strategic Key Accounts.
• Develop and support improvements for processes and tools.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and process-improvement initiatives.
