Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila is seeking a Production Support Associate to join our team, supporting global markets and top brands. You will own end-to-end order processes, from sales order creation to invoicing, with emphasis on accuracy and proactive communication.

The role requires at least 2+ years in sales operations or related fields, comfort with Oracle EBS and Salesforce, and strong English skills. You will collaborate with Logistics, Quality, and Client Services to meet client expectations

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations or order management.
• 2+ years in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Smartsheet, and Canva is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders, ensuring all order details are accurate and aligned with client expectations.
• Generate purchase orders in Oracle EBS and manage updates based on order scope changes.
• Oversee quality checks, proof approvals, shipping, and tracking to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely invoicing within two business days of shipment completion.
• Provide clear and proactive communication on order status to Account Managers, Client Service Coordinators, and Clients.
• Identify and resolve order-related issues proactively, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally with Logistics, Quality Control, and Client Services to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and reports, including SSRM, C&R, and BE forms as required.
• Support account objectives by partnering with Account Managers and providing solutions for operational challenges.
• Meet individual performance metrics and contribute to overall team success.
