Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service operations (preferred).
• Senior High School graduate, completed 2 years in college, GED or equivalent work experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Processes routine customer orders according to established plans and enters order data in SAP and internal systems.
• Responds to inquiries from internal customers about order status, holds, back orders and prioritises urgent items.
• Identifies and communicates resolutions to delays, missing information and product availability.
• Uses dashboards and internal reports to diagnose order issues and communicates findings clearly.
• Coordinates with Planners and Customer Service Representatives to resolve customer problems.
• For international shipments or special orders, coordinates with Quality and Global Trade teams to ensure compliance.
• Processes orders for product samples and trials, coordinating with Marketing to understand sample purpose.
