Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Representative II, Customer Service Operations to support data gathering, entry and case resolution for our clients in the pharmaceutical supply chain.

You will respond to inquiries from distribution centers and vendors, prepare scorecards and offline reports, document resolutions and collaborate with planners and frontline reps to meet service levels. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a BPO setup.
• SHS graduate or completed at least 2 years of college.

Responsibilities

• Gather and send data for scorecards/offline reports using a standard template to customers.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers about case status, on-hold and priority cases.
• Identify and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Use dashboards and internal reporting to identify causes of exception cases and resolve them.
• Document the resolution process.
• Coordinate with planners and customer service reps on issues.
• Maintain a detailed log of daily transactions and adapt to service levels.
