Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather data and send data for reports using standard templates.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding case status.
• Identify and communicate resolutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Use dashboards and internal systems to identify causes of data mismatches.
• Document the resolution process for each case.
• Coordinate with Planners and Customer Service Representatives on issues.
• Maintain a detailed log of daily transactions and support SLAs.
