Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely, efficient, and cost-effective conduct of all logistics operations/activities.
• Monitors on real-time basis the availability of products needed to fulfil unserved/pending Sales Orders (S0s).
• Plans the daily logistics delivery/pick-up schedule based on the list of undelivered and priority sales order (SOs) as specified by the company's customer.
• Schedules the use of trucks and the truck driver for timely pick-up of products sold.
• Prepares/fills-up the required forms/documents required to initiate delivery or pick-up, e.g. MRIS, Sales Invoice, etc., in an accurate, timely and complete manner.
• Monitors the loading of products into the trucks through the use of tally sheets to ensure the correct items and the correct quantities are being loaded; Feedbacks any discrepancies to concerned department/s for immediate corrective actions.
• Keeps abreast of any developments, notices, changes in traffic or road access situations in order to properly advise the truck driver on the routes to take during deliveries.
