Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Staff in the Philippines to coordinate shipments, process orders, and manage inventory while ensuring PEZA and BOC compliance. The Logistics/Shipping Staff is responsible for coordinating shipments, processing customer orders, managing inventory transactions, and ensuring compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations. This role works closely with customers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and government agencies to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods while maintaining excellent customer service.
Receive and process customer orders accurately and timely.
Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers and vendors.
Review and verify order details, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and suppliers.
Arrange and monitor the shipment of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate required permits and documentation related to shipments.
Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
Resolve shipping and delivery issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with PEZA, Bureau of Customs (BOC), and company requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel for timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Receive incoming items and process Shipping Instructions (SI) and related documentation.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock monitoring activities.
Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of logistics documentation.
Generate reports using Excel and other company systems as required.
Utilize SAP for logistics and inventory transactions when applicable.
Provide administrative support related to logistics and shipping operations.
Perform other tasks and duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
