Job summary

Rio Rebel Group in Imus, Cavite is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to accurately process customer orders, pack items securely, prepare shipments, and support inventory and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Daily duties include interpreting orders from ecommerce platforms, selecting correct items, attaching waybills and packing lists, ensuring items pass quality checks, and handing over completed orders to the courier on schedule while keeping packing stations tidy.

Qualifications

• Resides in or is willing to report to Imus City, Cavite.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment is preferred especially in e-commerce.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and if the operation requires.
• Willing to work in Imus, Cavite.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately interpret customer orders from various e-commerce platforms and pick the correct items from the inventory area based on order specifications.
• Perform daily packing of customer orders using appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubblewrap, mailers, etc.) while following standard packing procedures to prevent damage during transit.
• Conduct product quality checks by inspecting items for defects or damages, and ensure that all orders are complete and meet quality standards before shipment and follow all established fulfillment procedures and safety guidelines.
• Attach waybills, packing lists, and other required shipping documents accurately to each order.
• Prepare and hand over completed orders to the assigned courier or designated shipping area on schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations and work areas to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment.
• Follow all established fulfillment procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Communicate any order discrepancies, damaged items, or operational concerns to the supervisor or team lead promptly.
