GOLDEN AXIS GLOBAL ENTERPRISES CORP. in Carmona, Cavite is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring accurate inventory and timely distribution.
You will coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and other departments, supervise staff, enforce FIFO/FEFO, and implement efficient processes while maintaining safety and compliance.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and logistics personnel.
Oversee the receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and releasing of products and materials.
Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and other departments to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Plan and coordinate deliveries, shipments, and transportation schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods, including delivery receipts, invoices, transfer documents, and inventory reports.
Monitor the proper handling, storage, and organization of products within the warehouse.
Implement and maintain proper warehouse procedures, including FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving inventory, deliveries, damaged goods, shortages, or excess stocks.
Monitor the condition and maintenance of warehouse facilities, equipment, and company vehicles used for logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
Prepare and submit regular warehouse and logistics reports, including inventory, delivery, and operational reports.
Monitor the performance and productivity of warehouse and logistics staff and provide coaching or corrective action when necessary.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, third-party logistics providers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and logistics concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency.
Ensure that all warehouse and logistics activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Proven experience in supervising and managing warehouse personnel.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, dispatching, and delivery processes.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse best practices.
Experience in preparing inventory, warehouse, and logistics reports.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and preferably experienced with inventory or warehouse management systems.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays when operational requirements demand.
Preferably with experience in delivery coordination, fleet management, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
