Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Order Management professional to handle entry and processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

You will coordinate with inventory, operations, and customer experience teams, resolve order issues, and communicate shipment schedules to customers.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in finance or data entry, strong English, and experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in finance or data entry roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong understanding of finance systems and processes.
• Experience with suppliers and customers to resolve order issues.
• Experience with Western companies preferred.
• Experience in order entry, customer service, sales support, or admin coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, ERP/CRM or order systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer purchase orders and enter them into the order management system.
• Review orders for completeness and resolve missing or conflicting information.
• Prepare and send order acknowledgements with details and shipment dates.
• Coordinate with inventory, operations, and customer experience teams on availability and readiness.
• Help ensure orders are processed and shipped within the required turnaround time.
• Identify shortages and risks and propose alternatives or solutions.
• Communicate shipment schedules and delays to customers professionally.
• Partner with Customer Experience Lead to resolve order exceptions.
