Qualifications

• 2-3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal English communication at Year 12 literacy level.

Responsibilities

• Enter and schedule orders for customers daily, liaising with customers for updates.
• Handle cases via CRM (Salesforce-like) ensuring SLA and priority handling.
• Enter orders in ERP (Syspro) and ensure documentation meets quality standards.
• Schedule orders to meet delivery dates and production capacity.
