Job summary

Emerson is seeking an Order Entry Specialist II in the Manila area to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and respond to customer inquiries. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support operations through backups and audits.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2.25 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management, with knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 2.25 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management doing order entry, customer service, or administration.
• Specific knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle, and email management tool.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Validate the completeness of purchase order requirements to ensure accuracy.
• Accurately enter orders into the business system in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant functional teams or personnel to resolve order-related issues and ensure all customer instructions and requirements are properly followed.
• Expedite and expedite order concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing
• Conduct audit on processed orders of other team members.
