Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care, order processing, customer service, or logistics coordination.
Experience managing end-to-end order processes and working with ERP systems.
Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Process customer purchase orders for the company and third-party products in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Manage customer invoicing based on approved pricing and sales quotations within CRM systems.
Provide professional phone and email support regarding order status, stock availability, product shelf life, billing, and delivery inquiries.
Act as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) customer care teams and coordinate issue resolution.
Record and track customer orders, complaints, and logistics-related cases in Salesforce.com.
Monitor open orders, investigate issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful order fulfillment.
Prepare and present open order reports, identify trends, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
