Henkel Philippines invites applications for a Customer Service Support Specialist to ensure accurate order processing and reliable deliveries. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain to troubleshoot challenges and continuously improve the customer journey.

You will process SAP orders, generate dashboards in Power BI, and track orders from warehouse to customer. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, SAP/Excel proficiency, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year experience in SAP Order Entry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge in order entry.
• Power BI for dashboards; Python knowledge for automation preferred.
• Detail-oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work mid-shift and hybrid setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers and resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
