Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in the Philippines seeks a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist to manage SAP order processing and inquiries from order placement to delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP Order Entry, strong Excel skills, and English communication proficiency, with a mid-shift, hybrid work setup in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in handling SAP Order Entry. Proficiency in MS Excel required; SAP knowledge in Order Entry required.
• Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Knowledge in Power BI for dashboard reporting and Python for process automation and continuous improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed.
• Amenable to work on mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 NN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively.
• Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
