Job summary

A technology and engineering solutions firm is seeking a Lead Analyst Digital Human Capital Management to support global operations in their Digital HCM and Talent Solutions team. This role requires at least 6 years of experience in Shared Services with a focus on HCM applications. Key responsibilities include supporting Oracle HCM implementations, conducting testing, and collaborating with product teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or IT and must be willing to work night shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Shared Services industry, ideally focused on HCM applications and HR processes.
• Willingness to work night shifts and Philippine holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to configure applications based on business requirements.
• Support the implementation of the Oracle HCM Talent Management module.
• Conduct testing and functional analysis for smooth production migrations.
• Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Strong customer service orientation

Experience with Oracle HCM modules

Agile methodologies

Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field
