Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years experience in related field.
• Background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and support planning across departments.
• Help implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to plan and direct organizational goals.
• Propose policies and ensure their implementation.
• Evaluate work output of Operations.
• Rotate through departments to gain overall perspective: marketing, sales, customer services, HR.
• Handle established accounts to build familiarity.
• Follow guidelines and training programs.
• Participate in periodic evaluations.
• Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
• Identify trends and recommend proactive/remedial actions.
• Report market activity to management by monitoring operational needs.
• Collaborate with management to develop actions that protect assets and profitability.
