Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in the Philippines. The role oversees daily warehouse activities, ensures timely and accurate order processing, and drives process improvements to reduce errors and damage.

The position requires 3–5 years in e-commerce or 3PL warehouse management, with 1–2 years of team leadership. Fluency in English is essential, Chinese basics are a plus, and strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in e‑commerce or 3PL warehouse management with 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Fluent in English; basic Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound processing and inventory counting.
• Monitor SOP implementation and identify operational gaps for improvements.
• Lead frontline operators and team leaders; conduct performance assessments and trainings.
