Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably with managerial experience.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory processes.
• Experience in manpower planning, scheduling, and team management.
• Strong knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO, warehouse safety, and inventory accuracy practices.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented and capable of managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Monitor operational performance and optimize space, resources, and costs.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and personnel; manage manpower and schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transport, Inventory and other departments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
