Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. You will optimize space, monitor performance, control costs, and drive process improvements while leading warehouse supervisors and coordinating with Operations, Transport, and Inventory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably with managerial experience.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory processes.
• Experience in manpower planning, scheduling, and team management.
• Strong knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO, warehouse safety, and inventory accuracy practices.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented and capable of managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Monitor operational performance and optimize space, resources, and costs.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and personnel; manage manpower and schedules.
