Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Lead in the Philippines to manage hub and area fleet performance across regions. You will ensure adherence to procedures, lead weekly staff briefings, and drive continuous improvement of KPIs for productivity, quality, service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires strong change management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel between hubs using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
At least 5 years experience in logistics; FMCG/3PL a plus.
Has held a leadership role in a division or team.
Experience with data analysis and performance management.
Ability to manage teams remotely.
Owns vehicle for travel between hubs.

Responsibilities

Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads to keep hubs on track with standards.
Enforce procedures and regulations across assigned hubs.
Lead team meetings and regular performance reviews.
Improve KPIs on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Enhance internal processes between hubs and Operations to improve SLA.
Lead the implementation of new processes and cross-functional initiatives.
Guide a growing team with strong leadership and strategic thinking.
Coordinate capacity planning and cross-hub collaboration.
