Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) or related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and holidays when required.
• Willing to relocate or be assigned to company facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Undergo comprehensive training in different operational and management functions.
• Assist in monitoring and improving production processes and workflow.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Assist in manpower planning, productivity monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management.
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with different departments to understand overall business operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
