• Collaborate with managers to plan and direct organizational goals.
• Propose policies and ensure their implementation.
• Evaluate work output of Operations.
• Rotate through departments including marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
• Adhere to guidelines and training programs.
• Attend periodic evaluations.
• Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
• Identify trends and advise on proactive or remedial actions.
