Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Cavite. You will lead a small team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accuracy in stock handling.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work onsite in Maguyam, Silang, Cavite. Rotational shifts and longer hours may be required to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate productivity targets and hours expectations to team.
• Assign tasks per daily resource plan from Second Line Leadership.
• Track team and individual performance regularly.
• Monitor errors and damage to goods; address during reviews.
• Support implementation of improvement activities.
• Perform daily warehouse duties: inbound/outbound, packing, housekeeping.
• Record basic data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Maintain material handling equipment and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires
• Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
• Track team and individual performance of your employees
• Track the % of errors and damage to goods at individual level and address these issues during performance reviews with employees
• Support to implement improvement activities
• Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (break-bulk; re-packaging), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
• Perform basic stocktaking and inventory checks as well as basic data entry into the warehouse management system
• Maintain material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and EHS rules and regulations (if applicable)
• Be part of a team where your observations and suggestions will be heard and acted on

Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse, with minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor leading a small team
• Can do, passion and right first-time attitude
• Results-driven, strong ability to drive performance standards within the team
• Ability to manage change processes and deliver results under stress
• Coaching and active listening skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Work independently without direct supervision
