Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Silang Cavite. This full-time role oversees daily operations, manages teams, and ensures productivity and safety standards across our logistics facilities.

You will coordinate with departments to improve processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery. Experience with WMS and inventory systems is preferred, with exposure to tech or semiconductor settings considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or team leader experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery of shipments.
• Manage and motivate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring and discipline as required.
• Monitor inventory levels, accuracy and organisation to maintain optimal stock control and prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing hazards promptly.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality metrics and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure they remain in working condition.
• Conduct inductions, training and coaching for team members to enhance skills and operational knowledge.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and documentation for management review.
• Preferably with exposure on Technology or Semiconductor Industry
