Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Bulacan to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure targets for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• At least 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and KPIs.
• Experience using WMS and basic reporting tools.
• Good people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Bustos, Bulacan (onsite).

• Participate in process improvements, new implementations, and go‑live support.
