Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse inventory activities. You will manage stock movements, ensure accuracy, and lead cycle counts and audits to meet DHL standards.

You will coordinate with Operations, Systems, and Customer teams, maintain reports, and supervise clerks and staff. Willingness to work shifts and relocate within Sta Rosa Laguna is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong inventory control processes and KPIs.
• Experience using WMS and basic reporting tools.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules when required.
• Willing to be assigned in Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta Rosa Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations, Systems, and Customer teams on inventory issues.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies, quality, and audit requirements.
• Support system changes, new account implementations, and stock take activities.
