• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.

• Identify and resolve operational issues such as inventory discrepancies, process delays, and equipment concerns.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely completion of tasks.

• Prepare and submit operational performance reports, including key metrics, issues, and improvement recommendations.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast manpower or resource needs, and recommend process improvements.

• Conduct safety training and drills to promote a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.

• At least 1 year of experience managing warehouse staff, preferably handling approximately 50 personnel or more.

• Experience supervising large warehouse teams (100 personnel) is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of inventory management.

• Amenable to work onsite from Monday to Saturday.
