Role Description

The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cabangan, Zambales, responsible for overseeing day-to-day resort operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-centric services. This role supervises frontline and support staff, coordinates housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance activities, and monitors service standards to maintain a consistent guest experience. The Operations Supervisor tracks operational performance, manages schedules, supports inventory and procurement processes, and helps enforce safety and compliance protocols. The role also involves handling guest concerns, collaborating with department heads on process improvements, and providing regular updates and reports to management.
