Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations and staff management.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service excellence.
- Manage reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and billing.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth hotel functioning.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor front office staff for optimal performance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong communication, and decision-making skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
- Candidate must be willing to relocate in Candelaria, Zambales
