Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury resorts.

• Proven experience in high-end/luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of resort operations.
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting and reporting.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Resort Operations Manager with strong spa and welfare background to oversee the operations of our stunning resort in Dipaculao, Aurora. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the resort, from guest services to facilities management. This is a full-time role and you will be based on-site at our beautiful beachfront location.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the resort, including spa, front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase occupancy rates

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of resort staff

• Manage the resort's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the resort's needs are met

• Monitor and address guest feedback, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

• Ensure the resort maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies
