Job Summary

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Wonderzone, ensuring efficient service delivery, proper manpower deployment, customer satisfaction , safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Wonderzone operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor and manage the deployment, attendance, and performance of operations personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
• Monitor the cleanliness, safety, readiness, and proper condition of facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, and other support departments on operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor operational supplies and equipment and ensure proper accountability.
• Prepare and submit required daily and periodic operational reports.
• Reports incidents, operational issues, and other concern to the Operations Manager.
• Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or other related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to handle operational concerns effectively.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
