Operations Staff – Government Bidding

Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Staff to support government bidding activities, documentation, compliance, and coordination. The role will work closely with internal teams and government agencies to ensure bid requirements are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
Government Bidding & Operations
- Prepare, compile, and manage complete documentation for government bids, tenders, and offers.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Accounting, Logistics, and Sales teams to gather and consolidate required information.
- Monitor bid schedules and ensure all requirements are completed and submitted within deadlines.
- Prepare contract, delivery, and post-award documentation for awarded bids.
- Maintain organized and auditable records of bid documents, submissions, and official correspondence.
- Prepare operational and compliance reports related to government bidding activities.
Government Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with government offices and agencies regarding bid submissions, clarifications, and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company, when required, during pre-bid conferences, bid openings, and other bidding proceedings.
- Assist in processing and following up on permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements related to awarded contracts.
- Monitor government procurement advisories, bid bulletins, and regulatory updates.
- Support management during meetings, presentations, and engagements related to government bids and contracts.
Qualifications
- College graduate in Education, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong skills in preparing technical, compliance, and bid-related documents.
- Excellent English comprehension and professional written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple requirements and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in government bidding, tender preparation, or compliance documentation is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Driving skills with a valid driver's license are an advantage.
