Job summary

CF Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a highly organized Process & Performance Specialist to drive operational efficiency, ensure processes are documented, systems are optimized, and projects stay on track. This role partners with the Operations Strategist to provide leadership with data-driven insights.

You will manage the EHR platform liaison, oversee tickets across Operations, IT, and Facilities, develop reports and dashboards, and create SOPs to sustain organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, business analysis, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, permissions management).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with EHR systems, vendor management, or healthcare operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for the agency's EHR platform, coordinating with vendors, managing system requests, and maintaining internal documentation.
• Monitor and triage Operations, IT, EHR, and Facilities support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service standards.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and process documentation to support organizational consistency.
• Manage Google Workspace file architecture, permissions, and knowledge management resources.
• Coordinate projects, track milestones, monitor action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Facilitate leadership meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on deliverables.
• Conduct research and support strategic initiatives as assigned.
