You will oversee day-to-day activities, align processes and teams with the company’s objectives, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in operations management, strong budgeting and cost-control experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Strong knowledge of cross‑functional operations processes and systems.

• Proficiency in data analysis to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

About the role

MetroMart Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in driving operational excellence across the organisation. As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business unit, ensuring that all processes, systems, and teams work together seamlessly to achieve our business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and best practices across various industries
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use operational metrics to drive decision-making
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization and efficiency improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels
• Familiarity with technology or E-commerce & Internet Retail operations is a plus
