Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day activities, align processes and teams with the company’s objectives, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in operations management, strong budgeting and cost-control experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Strong knowledge of cross‑functional operations processes and systems.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities within the assigned business unit, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational strategies with broader business goals.
