- Provide optimum support to President/EA pertaining to store operations and managing marketing activities that lead to the development of investment positioning, sales ideas and sales increase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management – The operations supervisor ensures that the machines and equipment in the store are always in good condition.
- Budget Management – Oversees that the operations budget is met at all times (manpower, expenses, Break-even sales, etc). Financial statement knowledge is a must.
- Operational Strategizing - Develops overall operational policy and ensures operations run smoothly.
- Marketing – Plan, conceptualize and direct the implementation of marketing strategies, plans and projects to enhance the company’s image and realize sales and profitability targets for all services categorized according to the business plan.
Marketing
- Ensuring timely delivery of reports and other projects.
- Monitoring of marketing collaterals and store referrals.
Monitor marketing reports and related activities as part of responsibilities.
Operations
- Ensure smooth operational procedures and supervision of staff inside the store through systematic selling, cashiering, processing of store transactions, and accurate sales reporting to Management, contributing to growth and profitability through quality customer and support services.
- Monitor and maintain zero customer-complaint incidents by providing high-quality service inside the store.
- Develop operations procedures/systems to achieve high sales growth and profitability by attaining target sales for each store.
- Plan, organize, lead, and control operations of all stores in terms of quality customer service, sales growth, housekeeping, and public relations.
- Manage staffing based on daily sales (manpower productivity).
- Direct and coordinate the company’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Research and report on external opportunities.
- Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
- Ensure proper maintenance of store premises and facilities.
- Manage the marketing mix; provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
- Officer-in-Charge

- Customer Complaints/Crisis Team Leader
- Subasta monitoring (Store Items, MLJC items).
Reports
- Sales Report Consolidation (Daily, weekly, monthly)
- Do Analysis (for weekly sales report)
- Summary of Jobs Data Base Update
- Accounts Receivable
- Check attachments
- Schedule collection of items over 90 days for subasta
- Print all stores for endorsement to OM
- Inventory of Supplies (Operations)
- Check monitoring and recording of incoming and outgoing inventory supplies
- Check files of incoming and outgoing
- Final Checking of the following: Transfer of Jobs; Piece Rate Salary Computation; Store Referral/Pay-Outs
- Weekly Store Visit; Store Audit (Submit Store Visit Report); Actual Sales for the day vs JO/OR; Store Cleanliness/Uniform of Employees; Get feedback from Client.
- Monthly SC Meeting; Store Visits to Check actual operations; Updating of Lease Contracts; Monitoring monthly rentals (upon renewal of contracts); Write letters to Mall Admin re rental concession
- Marketing: Monitoring of Privilege Card; Directional Signage; Increase Sales
