Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain services from Manila. You will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and ensure service quality across transportation, warehousing, and customs coordination.

You will oversee budgeting, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Head Office. A strong track record in logistics leadership and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Financial and commercial awareness with experience managing operational budgets and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics or warehouse management systems.
• Willing to be based in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
• Manage daily activities across logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, customs coordination, and other branch services.
• Ensure excellent customer service through timely, safe, and compliant execution of logistics operations.
• Monitor branch KPIs including productivity, service levels, turnaround time, profitability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with customers, government agencies, carriers, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and branch personnel to build a high-performing operations team.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Head Office to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Prepare operational reports, forecasts, budgets, and recommendations for senior management.
