The Opportunity

Join Delta Kappa Commerce Corporation as an Assistant Operations Manager in our Makati City, Metro Manila location. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics business, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organising, and directing the activities of the operations team to ensure efficient and effective workflows
• Monitor production and logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process optimisation strategies
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate the flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand
• Analyse operational data and provide recommendations to the Operations Manager to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Identify and resolve operational issues, minimising disruptions to production and delivery
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall operational efficiency
• Mentor and train junior members of the operations team, fostering their professional development
