Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, including effective presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail for accurate data management and reporting.
• Proficient in supply chain systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across departments.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain concepts, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Skilled in business process mapping and creating flowcharts.
• Good communication and ownership to drive projects.
• 1–2 years of experience in process documentation and audits.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review supply chain processes to identify improvements and streamline warehouse practices.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for all supply chain activities and use data to drive action.
• Lead projects and manage stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Drive execution of supply chain strategies to cut costs and improve buyer/supplier experience.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for warehouse processes.
• Identify trends and automations to keep the supply chain competitive.
• Mitigate risks in fulfillment operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training for fixed-term staff and agents on SOPs and changes.
• Use data analytics tools to monitor fulfillment metrics and provide recommendations.
• Regularly audit processes to ensure quality and compliance across facilities.
