Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in process improvement, process documentation, or audits in warehouse/logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review supply chain processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and roll out best practices across warehouses.
• Define and track KPIs for supply chain activities and use data to pinpoint issues and actions.
• Lead end-to-end process-improvement projects, manage stakeholders and measure success metrics.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance buyer/seller experience.
• Serve as the SME for warehouse processes and stay hands-on where needed.
• Spot trends and automation opportunities to keep the supply chain agile.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train employees on SOPs and new rollouts.

Shopee’s Supply Chain Operations team owns the end-to-end fulfillment journey, from the moment a buyer places an order to the moment it arrives at their door. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on warehouse processes, using data and Lean methodologies to streamline workflows, cut cost, and improve both buyer and seller experience across our facilities. You’ll work hands-on with warehouse teams and cross-functional partners to turn process improvements into measurable results.

Job Description

• Review supply chain processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and roll out best practices across warehouses.
• Define and track KPIs for supply chain activities, using data to pinpoint issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead process-improvement projects end to end, managing stakeholders and tracking success metrics through to handover.
• Drive supply chain initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance the buyer and seller experience.
• Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse processes, staying hands-on where it counts.
• Spot emerging trends and automation opportunities to keep the supply chain agile and competitive.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, including disruptions and quality issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train employees and agents on standard operating procedures and new process rollouts.
• Use data analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on fulfillment metrics with clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Run regular process audits to maintain quality and consistency across facilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in process improvement, process documentation, or internal/external audits (warehouse or logistics environment preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach. Experience and modeling and simulation exercises are a significant advantage.
• Experience with business process mapping and creating flowcharts.
• Solid communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in SQL, Appscripts, AI Tools will be an added advantage

Nice To Have:

• Lean Six Sigma or other process optimization certification/experience.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain tools.
• Experience training teams or rolling out SOPs.
• Exposure to cross-functional project leadership.
