Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations in the Manila area. You will ensure efficiency, policy alignment with the company vision, and strong analytics to guide strategic decisions.

Lead a team, manage inbound/outbound/logistics, monitor KPIs, budgets, and reporting while maintaining SLAs and ensuring safety and compliance across all warehousing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 8-10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations
• Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations
• Strategically manage warehouse per company policies and vision
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives
• Manage analyses including cost/benefit, costs, forecasts, and feasibility
• Oversee inbounding of inventory, returns, and outbound operations; ensure SLAs
• Develop staff for current roles and future challenges
• Initiate and enforce optimal operational policies
• Adhere to warehousing and handling requirements
• Manage warehouse cost and budget
• Produce regular reports: KPIs, shrinkage, stock movement, costs
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality
