Job summary

Shopee in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory processes and a team to meet KPI targets. The role includes scheduling staff, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring accurate data reconciliation within the warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will bring 2–5 years in e-commerce, logistics or warehousing, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Based in Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna with an on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing.
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees.
• Keen with details and has a background in process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications.
• Can read, understand and report data.
• Knowledgeable on Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory process and team members to ensure KPI and targets are achieved.
• Manage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your department.
• Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower and develop them for future challenges.
• Manage storage and picking locations with SOPs to optimize space and productivity.
• Supervise inventory counts and reconcile with data storage systems.
• Oversee replenishment and rack transfers for order fulfillment and aging of inventory.
• Notify departments when non-conformance or shortages/overages are found.
• Ensure transfers are processed promptly upon arrival into the warehouse.
• Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting.
